Helicopter repair

Verdade Company provides services on overhaul of Mi-17 and Mi-171 helicopters in accordance with the repair technical documentation of the manufacturer of these helicopters.

Upon agreement with the customer, helicopter repair will be carried out in different locations:

- helicopter repair can be performed in the shop of the helicopter manufacturer's plant;

- helicopter repair can be performed in the shop of aircraft repair plant having a certificate for the right to perform works on helicopter repair;

- helicopter repair can be performed at the customer's aviation base. Before the beginning of helicopter fuselage repair - technical specialists will dismantle the main parts and assemblies from the helicopter that should be sent for repair. Parts and assemblies removed from the helicopter will be sent for repair to the enterprise agreed in advance with the customer, which performs restoration or overhaul repair of helicopter parts and assemblies.

After return the repaired assemblies and parts of the helicopter will be installed on the helicopter by technical specialists from the enterprise where the repair of these units was performed.

In the scope of Mi-17 and Mi-171 helicopter overhaul the following works shall be performed:

- helicopter fuselage repair;

- control system and hydraulic system;

- landing gear equipment;

- pneumatic equipment;

- main engines TV3-117VM;

- VR-14 gearbox;

- auxiliary engine AI-9V;

- air conditioning system;

- fire-fighting equipment and neutral gas system;

- electrical equipment;

- piloting and navigation equipment;

- fuel, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems

control devices;

- radio electronic and navigation equipment;

- lighting and signalling equipment;

- fulfilment of bulletins mandatory at the time of overhaul;

- overhaul of part of the transmission units of the carrier system;

- overhaul of the main rotor hub;

- washing and painting of the helicopter;

- performance of ground tests and preparation for flight tests;

- helicopter overflight.
